what is the return policy?
we want u to be 100% happy with ur order. if something isn’t right, let us know & we’ll do our best to sort it. returns are only available on orders with the warranty add-on ☆
how do i customise my product?
when placing ur order, you’ll be able to choose from the dropdown menu which predetermined colour / theme u want, or select custom if u want something made ur way. if u choose custom, simply purchase the product as normal. you’ll then receive a confirmation email with a custom form, where u can let us know exactly what you want <333
when will i get my order?
we’ll work as quickly as we can to get ur order made & sent to u. once ur order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with all the delivery info. thanks for being patient with us <333
can i change my order after purchasing?
please make sure ur 100% sure about what u want before placing ur order. once an order has been placed, we unfortunately won’t be able to make any changes. every piece is made individually, so changing things afterwards can mean materials, time & work going to waste <333
